It also included highlights of the AOPCT launch event at the United Nations on September 11, 2008.
THE CHINA PRESS – September 14, 2008; The largest Chinese newspaper in New York City profiled the Art of Peace Charitable Trust and interview Lin Evola about her plight. The article included a large image of D.A. Morgenthau, Lin Evola, John Catsimatidis, and United Nations High Representative of Disarmament Sergio Duarte.

Press Releases/Collateral First Confiscated Weapons to be Melted in March 2009 – The press release announced the Trust plans to melt down the first confiscated weapons in March. The metal from the weapons will be then used to create the New York City Peace Monument. The release was distributed on January 26, 2009.
